Book a space

Find a room, venue or studio, choose the activity, day and time, see the whole price and ask the host to book.

Holuway Spaces lists rooms, halls and studios you book by the hour or the day, for work, events, productions and pop-ups. You need a free Holuway account to ask to book; you can search and look at every space without one.

Find a space

  1. Step 1On Holuway Spaces, fill in What, Where, When and People, then select Search.
  2. Step 2Open a space to see what it can be booked for, its opening hours, pricing, house rules, what is allowed and its Cancellation policy.

One space can have a different price for each activity, so a meeting and a party in the same loft are priced on their own. The street address is shared once the host accepts.

Ask to book

  1. Step 1In Book this space, choose what it is For, then the Date, the Start, the Length and the number of People. A pop-up asks for a First day and How many days instead.
  2. Step 2Add extras under Add to your booking if the space offers any.
  3. Step 3Read the price: the time, any cleaning fee and extras, and the Total.
  4. Step 4Select Ask to book, or Sign in to ask to book if you are not signed in.
  5. Step 5Under Your request, check the name and email the host can reach you at, and say what it is for.
  6. Step 6Read Before you ask and tick I agree to the house rules and the cancellation policy.
  7. Step 7Select Continue to the card or Send request. See Ask to book with your card held.

Note: Not ready to book? Select Ask the host to send a question, or Request a visit to see the space first.
